Welcome to Bloomwell Design Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website (the “Site”), services, templates, or digital products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Services.
1. General Information
Bloomwell Design Co. provides website design services, templates, digital products, and related resources for entrepreneurs and small businesses.
By using our Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into legally binding agreements.
2. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, templates, and materials available through our Services are owned or licensed by Bloomwell Design Co.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell our intellectual property without written consent.
Purchased templates and digital products are for your personal or business use only and may not be redistributed.
3. Payments & Refunds
All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payments for Services must be made in full before delivery unless otherwise outlined in a written agreement.
Due to the digital nature of our products and the customization of services, all sales are final and non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
For custom website design projects, clients are responsible for providing all content (text, images, brand assets) in a timely manner.
Failure to provide materials on schedule may delay the project timeline.
5. Timelines & Delivery
While we make every effort to meet agreed deadlines (e.g., Website in a Week), timelines may shift if client deliverables are late.
Final deliverables will be provided after full payment is received.
6. Limitation of Liability
We cannot guarantee specific business results (such as increased traffic or revenue) from use of our Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloomwell Design Co. shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our Services.
7. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our Services may include links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or refuse service if a client violates these Terms or engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical behavior.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page, with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
